While in New Mexico, I got to go back to Carlsbad Caverns, this time I got to go into the Lower Cave with some retired Carlsbad Rangers. After descending down a rope and then 3 ladders, we got to see part of the Caverns that most miss out on. The formations are pretty amazing that have formed in the past thousands of years.
