The kids wanted to celebrate New Years and wanted to stay up all night. Most of the rest of us weren't excited about staying up all night, or even to midnight, but we did. A group of us went to the newly completed Barnabas house to celebrate the New Year. We talked, ate, wa
tched movies, and played games leading up to midnight. At midnight, we blew our noise makers, yelled, and lit sparklers. After midnight, many went home, but 6 remained. The Myers, Quinton, and myself stayed for the rest of the morning. Ethan and Quinton managed to stay awake til after 0600, the rest of us fell asleep sometime around 0230 or so. It was a good time, but I did enjoy the nap this afternoon. Happy New Year to you all.
