Ted and Lyn Mullins have been in PNG for almost 25 years now. They came into the country the same time Jim and Kathy did. They had invited the Radcliffes and I to come and visit, so we got to have lunch with them on Saturday. The Mullins are Independant Baptist Missionaries, who have worked in the Southern Highlands and Gulf Province of PNG doing church planting. When they first came to the country, they didn't know anyone. God directed them and they have been working amongst the people of PNG ever since then. Currently they are outside of Ialibu, about 1 hour 30 minutes outside of Hagen, the other side from us. Among other work that they do, Ted pastors a church plant there, and Lyn helps to teach and train Sunday school teachers. They are excited as their son's family has recently felt a call to missions and plans on joining them in their work in a couple years. We enjoyed a great lunch and had a nice time of fellowship.
