Lee Stevens is about to head home after serving as a volunteer with us in maintenance. He had been with us in the spring, but he had to leave earlier than he intended after he developed a blood clot in his leg. He didn’t want to leave and said he would be back, and so after some treatment, he came back. He has spent the past few months with us doing anything and everything he can to help out in our maintenance department. He recently was part of a group of folks who have cleaned up our morgue and who helped clean our chapel. New paint and some cleaning go along way in making things look new. We are very thankful for his service that he has given us both times he has been here and will be sad to see him go.
