Doris came back for a checkup. She had an odd presentation of tuberculosis that we were able to diganosis with a lymph node biopsy. She wasn't eating, was in constant pain, was very weak, wasn't walking, and looked really sick when she was in the hospital. Today she has been on TB meds for 4 months and is doing well. She brought me a present, a bilum, which was very sweet. It is a joy to see patients whose lives have been changed by the work of the hospital and all who serve here.

Then and now # 2
I think I could write a lot of then and nows. Last week a young lady,
