Most people here with femur fractures end up in traction in some form or another. It isn't fun as they get to lay in bed for around 2 months. Little kids also are put in traction, but not like adults. This is just high enough to be able to change the diaper. Thankfully, this little guy seems to be quite happy despite being suspended by his legs.

Why not to break your femur
Most people here with femur fractures end up in traction in some form or another. It isn't fun as they get to lay in bed for around 2 months.
