This baby has a cleft lip and palate, but it doesn't bother him. I asked his mom if I could take his picture and when I did and showed it to him, his face lit up as seen, what an adorable kid. We are praying that either the pediatric surgeon in Mt. Hagen or the plastic surgery team from Australia that comes up once a year might be able to help fix his cleft lip and palate. What a SMILE
