There are not a lot of tourist type things in PNG, but there is plenty to do in Thailand. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity enjoy some ziplining at Flight of the Gibbon. It was a 7 hr trip in all, but definitely a lot of fun. I don’t know how high we were, but the longest zipline was 800m and the canopy of trees in the rainforest was amazing to look at. We even got to see a whole Gibbon family of monkeys as we were there. The baby just held on as mom descended the trees. I went with others from the conference, so we had a lot of fun together. After the ziplining, we hiked to a nearby waterfall, which was also nice to see.
