Dr. Jim turned 60

Jim turned 60 on Monday.  The OR crew hung up signs all around the hospital so everyone knew it was his birthday.  Jim and Kathy have served in Papua New Guinea for 28.5 years now.  In that time, he has down thousands of surgeries on folks from all over PNG.  He has impacted lives both physically and spiritually, as he prays and shares the love of Christ with all he encounters.  In my mind Jim truly is one of the great missionaries and I am thankful to have had the privilege to serve alongside of him these past 6 years.

Ps 105:1-4 "Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done.  Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.  Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.  Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always."
