On the way back from Greece, our plane dropped us off in Frankfurt, Germany for 12 hours. We took the opportunity to walk through the Old Towne of Frankfurt. We braved their Metro train system and walked through the Old Towne, looking and reading about the different churches and buildings we were seeing. We saw a number of old churches, and older buildings. We ate at a German Restaurant, and went shopping. We enjoyed the chance to get out of the airport for a while, and appreciated it even more 2 days later when we still hadn't made it home yet.
