A week or so ago, due to a fight happening around us, when the Business office staff scheduled to work were unable to leave their homes, so as we scrambled to call in other workers to fill their places, I tried to help out. I have a much better appreciation for what our Business Office folks go through each day. They take the 200 or so patients who come, and get them to stand in lines and determine where they are from and how much they should be paying for whatever services they are coming for. There was much less organization when I was trying to help out, but I managed to serve a few patients until our real BO clerks got there.

The Hospital Expansion Project has been a blessing in so many ways so far, and there is still more to come.
