Giant Pumpkin update

The giant pumpkin now has a circumference of 66 inches.  It has slowed down considerably and is turning orange now, but is still growing.  What is fun now is the PNGians who walk on the village road just behind the garden are now starting to notice it.  When you are out there you can hear them talk about the big pumpkin, many not believing that it is a pumpkin and thinking it is a container.  At times, they tell it each other it a pumpkin and at other times, we have to convince them it is a pumpkin.   When they find out it is a pumpkin, they ask for seeds.  We took down some of the corn that was blocking the view from the road so people can see it better.  Some folks have suggested that we need to turn it into a witnessing tool of some kind, but we haven't figured out how to do that yet, any ideas?  Until we figure it out, we just let them look and talk to them as they come and have a peek at the giant pumpkin.
