This boy came in with the complaint that his leg hurt him. The kid had developed an infection in his tibia about 2 years ago. He was in the hospital, on treatment, but at discharge, he never followed up, until now. His tibia has grown, but not straight up and down. Instead, the bone that was weakened by the infection has broke causing the deformity of his leg. Amazingly, he still walked on it.
