Our garden is now producing strawberries thanks to some missionary friends from the Southern Highlands. The Gade Family have been to Kudjip many times, spending part of their vacation in the guest house. We have delivered their youngest son and cared for them on many occasions and when they come, they just join in our activities here. One recent visit, they brought with them some strawberry starters for us to try and plant. Many plants have not made it, but we have a few that are still going strong and are getting a strawberry or two every few days. Hoping our crop gets bigger, but I have sure enjoyed getting to eat the strawberries.
